Incompetent. Won’t answer phone or return emails. First repairer offered was to be done in drive!,,, we had to find a repairer that had dealt with them. Despite agreeing with garage to do repair we have heard nothing from them despite the fact they are supposed to provide a courtesy car . My new “dog boarding” van was a second vechicle & ADMIRAL offered by far the best rate. I am a grade A advanced driving instructor with maximum NCD on my first car & ADMIRAL were the only company to offer a good deal.
