We have used argos pet insurance since we got our first dog ando can’t fault them. When you speak to someone, they are friendly and helpful. We have claimed a few times over the years and never had an issue. Argos always paid out without any problems and now it’s even easier to claim as it’s all done online. I would always recommend argos pet insurance

This is what insurance should be – pay your premium, make a claim, get it paid without any quibble. This is the one fo the few times in my many years of dealing with insurance companies that this has been the case; filled in an online claim form which was mercifully short and 2 weeks later, money in my account – genius! I never even spoke to a human in the process :-)Highly recommended.

I don’t like how it takes far too long to receive payment from a claim, I’ve had to wait almost 2 weeks from submitting my claim for payment and I’m still waiting for it to go in the bank , been told it can now take 5 working days from it being approved!I had to pay out over £1000 as my vets don’t do direct claims with Argos so I never expected it to take over 2 weeks and counting for the claim to be approved and then paid !

Very easy system to make a claim on, from understanding what you’re covered for throughout the process to receiving payment. They are very quick to process the claim and payments, we’ve claimed a few times as pet has ongoing health issues, all have been honoured.

Argos have a very efficient online portal that allows you to track the claims process from start to finish. This includes responses from the Vet and any chasers that Argos undertake if the vet has not replied within a reasonable. Its only when you have a claim that you really know how good your pet insurance is. I am delighted with the whole process and speed of payment for quite a large claim.

argos pet insurance is an excellent product. At a low cost monthly cost. My pet developed a tumour that had to be removed by surgery. argos pet insurance settled the bill quickly and no quibble . Unlike many insurances at a higher price I would recommend this product unreservedly

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Took over 4 months for a simple claim to be sorted and paid out. Lost count of how many phone calls I made, wrong information given and just a total joke. Honestly thought the terrible service was an attempt to drop the claim and just give up.

This is my first time making a claim. I’ve always paid for any niggling visit’s to the vet. But my cat not eating and still not really eating I decided to claim 8if it was going to be serious. Well. Quick payment however the payment was short by approx £60 (after deduction of the excess) and no explanation as to why. No telephone number to call to query… we assume the consultation fee isn’t covered but it would of been helpful to be able to confirm this and/or it be detailed in the settlement letter
