Employees can take advantage of term life insurance through Western Insurance Specialties. Western Insurance Specialties offers term life insurance to employees who are members of the PERS system. Their policies are age-rated and there is a guarantee issue to new employees who sign up within 60 days of beginning their employment with the county.
