Worst car insurer I’ve ever used! Non-fault claim fobbed off to accident management company who were useless! Cancelled my policy because my car was written off and I couldn’t find a replacement immediately so they had the nerve to charge me £75 for cancellation! Disgraceful! AVOID!

The phone number is useless and just a loop of messages. and I cannot find GoSkippy for any advice on the procedure of action for claims.

Cheap policy but when I needed to change my licence back to a UK licence from an EU one they charged me £50 for the pleasure – an admin fee they said. The call centre staff are just made to be robots, I couldn’t understand what the woman was saying most of the time because she was talking so fast and saying so much – basically reading out the small print constantly.

Customer service is poor. The call centre is based in South Africa. You’re waiting on the phone for a minimum of 10 minutes before a call is answered. Unacceptable. SLA times should be quicker than this. An existing customer is calling you for help not to talk about their plans for the future or the weather. Service reps need to understand emotional intelligence and have patience developed as part of their behaviours. The longer you keep customers waiting, the more annoyed they’re going to get and you’ll just get the brunt of it!

Total scammers i contacted them to change my policy details 2 weeks before policy was due to end. being honest and keeping my policy upto dateand told me that the insurance policy will not cover me for my new job role. which i was shocked. Said it will be cancelled that day with no refund or my no claims bonus to recieved for the year.. seems they treat a lot of customers this way.. they lost a loyal customer for the next year as i was willing to insure with them again.. this is a total scam never again would i use them.. seems you dont value your customers shocking..

Company of scammers, do not recomment them to anyone. After selling my car decided to cancel my policy a month earlier and asked if i get no claim bonus for the months used and they said yes. After paying additional charges for cancelling they said me i do not get any no claim bonus because the year was not complete.

Good price but don’t expect to stay longer than a year, even after paying in full early when it came to renewing my insurance they didn’t want to know, just there provides can’t offer you a policy they clearly need better providers then because if you can’t keep your returning customers that’s when it will fail,

To be honest I’ve done it all off line, put in my details , making sure it’s all 100% right. Got my quote I’ve accepted,the quote.5 mins later got a link to there site, all the details I need. In case I have a crash or incident , where to upload pictures.Hazzle free .

Went to change my vehicle, got told it had been changed and I could drive at 6:30pm on 06/01/2023. Then got the documents sent to me at 2am the next day showing that the certificate of motor insurance has the wrong registration on it, the amended vehicle certificate shows they insured me to start driving for the wrong day and did it for 07/01/2023 instead so I was driving uninsured. Also the price I paid for the change is also wrong. Basically don’t use them if you cant trust your insurance company to actually insure you when they say they have then what’s the point in having them?

Rip off company, only got few weeks left on policy, just paid monthly premium and they want to charge another 75.00 cancellation, never use these again, helpful on phone when taking policy out, not so helpful when there is a problem

Absolute thievesYou have to sign up to the T&C’s to take out any policy with them which gives them free reign to charge you fees for basically anything. We took out an annual policy knowing the car was up for sale, when the sale went through and we no longer needed the policy they want £75.00 to cancel, no refund of unused 11 months of remaining policy just a flat out demand for more money for doing jack all. Never will I entertain these thieves again, they are cheap for a reason, you can’t fart without them charging you £75.00! Go skippy should be renamed gofyourself

Yesterday somebody hit my car when i was working . I called an emergency number what i thought is go skip but morning i find it out they are not they are an independent recovery company . After 4 hours phone call i asked them call the company who took my car they said no they dont call it because they dont involed , but they insure my car so they are involed they want me to pay 275+tax to take my car when actually my insurance should cover it . they havent been even offer an other car so tommorow i have to walk 2.15 minutes to get to work. on saturday i will work 5 am so i have to get up to go to work 2 am work 10 hours and walk home an other 2 hours 15 minutes. And they not very helpfull at all . All iasked two minutes to call up the company where my car is ? Is this so difficult to do ? they said they not involed they dont call . Because i am right they have to pay it but they dont want to . I wasnt even close to that car when my accident happened . I dont have any money for it so I wont have a car for a while . Think how you treat customer .

I wanna say about this company is only bad things, they try only to stolen money from me, they don’t have capacity to make a change and they wanna make only money from people they are unable to change my policy and after they put me to pay for closing insurance,they don’t wanna continue with me not me they take money from my account with not my permission,I hope the police to make justice
